weekend camping at Detroit Lake

 We packed up friday night and headed out to Humbug Campground just past Detroit Lake for the weekend.  For me, camping always seems to highlight just how much of a hot mess I am when it comes to packing.


The first night, I managed to bring the tent, mattress, and blankets...unfortunately I forgot a coat and pillows. (all in all a good start)

 All that optimism changed in the morning when I realized I forgot any sort of coffee making apparatus.  E saved the day with some serious creativity and officially became the best barista in Detroit Lake.
